Former elite motorcycle racer and five-time winner of the legendary Paris-Dakar Rally between 1978 and 1991, Cyril Neveu has left an indelible mark on the world of motorsports. In 1987, he co-founded Neveu Pelletier Organisation (N.P.O.), which went on to organize iconic international rally-raid events in Morocco and Tunisia, playing a key role in their global media rise.

Through Cyril Neveu Promotion, he has developed exclusive events for the public, collectors, and corporate clients alike — all driven by one philosophy: to blend passion, elegance, and adventure. Since taking over the Rallye Maroc Classic in 2013, he has launched a series of exceptional rallies, including the Rallye Entre 2 Mers, Megève–Saint-Tropez, the Adriatic Tour, the Scotland Rally, and the Tour of Puglia. His ambition is clear: to offer each participant a unique and authentic journey through Europe’s most beautiful roads.
