This exceptional rally will take place over four days, starting and finishing in Florence. We have chosen to stay for three nights at Castelnuovo Berardenga, a charming hotel in the heart of Tuscany, for a total immersion in the region. From this peaceful haven, we will explore the picturesque landscapes of Chianti, the Siena Valley and its medieval villages, while exploring its vineyards and verdant hills. A comfortable yet captivating journey that will allow you to explore one of the most legendary regions of Tuscany, before returning to Florence to conclude this memorable rally.

PRODUCT OF THE RALLY

The Giro di Tuscany offers a roadbook itinerary including liaisons and regularity special stages, but without time checks or time cards. The only imposed timing is the stage start time. No penalties are applied for early or late arrivals. Checkpoints may be placed throughout the route to ensure adherence to the route.

REGULARITY SPECIALS

Regularity special stages take place on open roads and are covered at an average speed imposed by the organizer, between 30 and 50 km/h depending on the road profile. These special stages may include one or more changes in average speed, as indicated in the roadbook. Starts are given “from a standstill” every 30 seconds and in order of presentation.

TIMING AND RESULTS

Timing will be measured to the nearest 1/10th of a second. The organizer may schedule intermediate timing points, at its sole discretion, at any location during the regularity specials. No timekeeping will be carried out in the first kilometer of the special, nor in villages or populated areas.

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS

All measuring instruments with electronic or mechanical displays are permitted (phones, GPS, chronographs, trip meters, etc.). There are no restrictions on your choice of equipment, and the use of devices with GPS sensors is completely free. All repeater screens and other corresponding remote controls are also permitted.

A support team will monitor the route in case of mechanical breakdown of your vehicle. Courtesy cars are also available in case of breakdown and will allow you to reach the stopover town if your car cannot be repaired on site.

LUGGAGE SERVICE

Since your vehicles often have limited space for your luggage, our organization team will transport it from hotel to hotel. At each stop, you will find your luggage directly in your room.
