TENco’s Grand Swiss Tour – Stage 3

ETAPE 3 / Stage 3 : LUGANO – Wallensee – LUZERN (338km)

Today, Saturday August 29, the last stage of the Grand Swiss Tour started from Lugano in gray and wet weather. The competitors had to cross the Saint-Bernard pass to reach the first passage control of the day. After it the itinerary was joining the lunch planned on the shores of Lake Wallensee and participating in a darts competition counting for the general classification.

On the afternoon’s program, the route of the old Klausen Pass hill climb hosted the last coffee break of the Rally, before reaching the surprise concocted by TENco, where everyone was going to be able to have fun. behind the wheel of their cars on the Seelisberg circuit. The pilots were then able to face the chronometer on a technical course resembling a slalom, giving way to slips and acceleration.

It was then in Luzern that this first edition of the Grand Swiss Tour, organized jointly by TENco and CNP, which had covered a thousand kilometers on Swiss territory, ended.

The awards ceremony scheduled for this evening at the Burgenstock Resort will celebrate the great winners of this rally, which no doubt will have delighted everyone.
